BATAMTODAY.COM, Bintan - Kapolres Bintan, AKBP Tidar Wulung Wahono mengeluarkan ultimatum agar penambangan pasir ilegal segera berhenti beroperasi.
"Saya menghimbau kepada pelaku usaha ilegal agar segera menutup kegiatannya. Kalau tidak diindahkan maka akan melakukan penindakan hukum," ujar Kapolres, Minggu (16/1/2022).
Menurutnya, pihaknya telah melakukan pengecekan ke tempat yang diduga dijadikan lokasi pertambangan pasir ilegal. Namun sudah tak ada lagi ativitas maupun mesin yang beroperasi.
"Namun untuk mengantisifasi aktivitas ilegal tersebut, pihaknya akan tetap dilakukan razia secara rutin, serta penindakan tegas sesuai undang-undang yang berlaku," katanya.
