BATAMTODAY.COM, Jakarta - Membuat makan malam spesial tidak perlu ribet. Coba cara praktis membuat capcay goreng jamur, lezat dan pasti jadi favorit keluarga.

Bahan-Bahan:
1 buah paha ayam fillet, potong kotak
3 siung bawang putih, cincang halus
1/2 buah bawang bombay, potong-potong
150 gram jamur tiram, potong-potong
3 lembar jamur kuping, rendam, potong-potong
100 gram wortel, potong serong tipis
100 gram kembang kol, potong perkuntum
200 gram caisim, potong-potong
2 sendok teh kecap inggris
2 sendok makan saus tiram
1 sendok teh garam
1/4 sendok teh merica bubuk
1/2 sendok teh gula pasir
200 ml air
2 sendok teh maizena yang dilarutkan dalam 2 sendok teh air
2 batang daun bawang, iris serong
1 sendok teh minyak wijen
1 sendok makan minyak untuk menumis

Cara Memasak Capcay Goreng Jamur:
1. Panaskan minyak, umis bawang putih dan bawang bombay sampai harum. Tambahkan ayam, aduk sampai berubah warna.
2. Tambahkan jamur tiram dan jamur kuping, aduk rata.
3. Tambahkan wortel, kembang kol, dan caisim lalu tumis sampai setengah layu. Masukkan kecap inggris, saus tiram, garam, merica bubuk, dan gula pasir, aduk rata.
4. Tambahkan air dan biarkan mendidih. Masukkan larutan maizena, aduk sampai meletup – letup. Tambahkan daun bawang dan minyak wijen. Aduk rata dan siap untuk disajikan.
